You will absolutely love our products and services. Well, we honestly hope so!

If product returned in original packaging and not damaged.

No refund PDF eBook, as impossible to return an electronic file. However, if you are really not happy - please let us know.  You can email your refund request to em@boogiebooks.com.au and include a scanned copy of the receipt. Please include the wording 'Refund Request' in the subject line of your email. Alternatively, send your written refund request, with the receipt to: PO Box 1375 Toowoomba QLD 4350

Delivery Policy

Refund if product returned in original packaging and not damaged. No refund PDF eBook, as impossible to return an electronic file!

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt.

Standard delivery: AUS and Worldwide: free delivery on orders above 50.00 GBP. 

Small items (within AUS): Royal Mail 1st class recorded, (1-2 working days). 

Small items (outside of AUS): Air Mail Small Parcels, 5-20 working days, no TN. 

Heavy items (within AUS): UPS standard (or City Link) next working day.

Expedited International Delivery: cost depends on total weight. 

Any items, 3-6 working days, tracking number.

Should you wish to use your own preferred shipping method- please contact us. Extra charges may apply in this case. Get in touch with us immediately if your order does not arrive when it should (see above).

 

We'll find out what happened to your order and rectify the problem ASAP. Sorry, but we cannot replace missing orders that are received by someone else on your behalf.
